We are very excited to announce that we have implemented a state of the art container tracking platform and it is now up and running internally. This is a solution that any forwarder, NVOCC, Customs House Broker, shipper, consignee, or logistics company can utilize. It tracks containers, vessels, port arrivals, ETAs (Initial, Past and Current) Last Free Days, demurrage due, and per diem due. Whenever an ETA Changes, the system updates automatically and we are sent an email. On the dashboard below, you can see “New ETA, Previous ETA, and Initial ETA with a changed at time and date”. This is invaluable knowledge paired with a massive time savings for anyone that needs to track containers on a daily basis. The system combines data from all ocean lines, ports and rail stations in near real time format to supply us with up to date information. There are going to be some very exciting features coming in the future like the ability to also track export containers ERDs, cut offs and other knowledge that it is critical to achieving ocean export containers. We will also have the ability to have each of our customers to have access to their own containers and log in to their own portal.
